-
If a person is identified as, or suspected of, being an Excluded Person, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow the person to take any further part in the Promotion, or to refuse to pay any Prize or benefit, and such person will have no right to receive one.

Swheeps Credits (“credits”)
-
Credits are a virtual token with absolutely no value or utility, other than for use in Swheeps Free-to-Play (“F2P”) games conducted during the Promotion period.
-
Credits are not equivalent to cash and not redeemable for cash.
-
-
A number of credits will be awarded to the Entrant at the time they first view each of the Free-to-Play (F2P) games, as per the F2P game rules, which can be viewed on the Website and Apps.
-
Any such offers will be open to all Entrants and communicated via the Website and Apps.
-
Entrants will only be awarded credits in a F2P game if they view the game while it is in progress. Credits will not be awarded once the F2P game status is ‘Resulted’.
-
From time to time, the Promoter may offer Entrants bonus credits or bonus tickets.
-
-
Swheeps Credits are stored in the Entrant's F2P wallet.
-
Entrants can view their F2P wallet balance via the Profile menu and at the point they redeem credits for F2P game tickets.
-
The F2P wallet balances for all Entrants will be reset to 0 at the conclusion of F2P game conducted on Feature Meeting 02 (refer Competition and Prize Schedule):
-
with the exception of the Entrants that won a Consolation Prize of bonus credits in the game conducted on Feature Meeting 02 (refer clause 21).
-
-
Events and Tickets
-
F2P games are played over a series of nominated races at thoroughbred race meetings conducted by the Promoter.
-
A ticket in a F2P game contains selections in each of the races over which the F2P game will be conducted e.g. a ticket in a game played over 6 races will have selections in each of the 6 races.
-
A F2P game starts with a Ticket Pool that contains one unique ticket for every possible combination of selections.
-
Subject to the F2P game rules, game status, and the availability of tickets Entrants can redeem credits in order to:
-
acquire tickets from the Ticket Pool (tickets are issued from the Ticket Pool at random);
-
discard tickets and draw new tickets from the Ticket Pool.
-
After each race has officially resulted, all of the F2P game tickets that contain the race winner survive to the next nominated race in the game; all other tickets are eliminated from the game.
-
After officially resulting the final race on the F2P game the winners and prizes are determined.
Major Prize
-
The Major Prize in a F2P game is won by the Entrant with the ticket that contains the winner in every one of the game’s nominated races.
- If this ticket is not held by an Entrant i.e. the ticket remains in the game Ticket Pool, the Major Prize is not won.
-
The Major Prize for each F2P game is listed below in the Competition and Prize Schedule.
