Having problems signing into Swheeps

Having trouble logging in?

For security reasons you will be locked out after three unsuccessful attempts to enter your email and/or password. If this happens email our support team at support@swheeps.com to get help unlocking your account.

Other Reasons

There are a number of other reasons you aren't able to login:

1. You could be using the wrong email.
2. You could be using the wrong password.
3. Strange as it may sound, you may not have joined Summer Swheeps yet.

No problem - it's all easily fixed.

1. Wrong Email
   • Firstly, remember to use your email address to login - not your Swheeps Nickname.
2. Wrong Password
   • Click on the 'Forgot Password?' link.
   • Enter the email address that you used to join Swheeps.
   • Click on the 'Send Reset Link' button.
   • When the email arrives in your mailbox, click the link to set a new password.
   • Login to Swheeps using your email address and new password.
3. Not yet Joined?
   • If you haven't signed up for Swheeps yet click on 'Not a member? Sign up now'
     • You can join with an email and password.
